Internationally represented by RDTI for buyer & financier engagement.
Société Stamina SA operates within the heart of the Democratic Republic of Congo's copper-cobalt belt, sourcing and trading the critical raw materials at the centre of the global energy transition. From our base in Kinshasa we coordinate production, logistics and export of copper cathodes, copper and cobalt concentrate and gold to buyers across Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East — alongside road construction and transport operations serving the DRC's growing infrastructure needs.
We are structured for the realities of international metals trade: a clearly registered legal entity, named and accountable leadership, independent third-party assay and inspection, and documented settlement that protects both buyer and seller. Every transaction follows a clear, contracted sequence — so that counterparties and their banks always know exactly where they stand.
Our commercial relationships are handled in partnership with our appointed international mandate holder, Rio Douro Trading and Investment (Pty) Ltd (RDTI), giving overseas buyers and financiers a responsive, English-language point of contact for due diligence, negotiation and contract finalisation.

Each commodity is offered against recognised exchange grades and certified by independent assay, with documentation prepared for bank settlement and customs clearance.
Electrolytic copper cathodes to London Metal Exchange Grade A.
High-grade copper concentrate certified by independent assay.
Cobalt units feeding the global battery and EV supply chain.
Responsibly sourced gold transacted under strict documentation.
Civil works and road construction delivered with established DRC partners.
Additional Congolese mineral supplies offered from time to time against firm buyer mandates.
We control the chain from origin to handover, with material staged in bonded facilities and released against clean shipping and quality documentation.
Material originates in the DRC and is consolidated for export through established Copperbelt corridors, with delivery offered FOB from bonded warehousing (Impala / Steinweg, Ndola, Zambia) or to a third-party warehouse designated by the buyer.
Quality and quantity are verified by recognised independent inspectorates (e.g. SGS) and assay houses such as Robinson International Afrique, with certificates issued prior to release of funds.
Stamina SA maintains corporate banking with the United Bank for Africa (UBA), settled through international correspondent banking, supporting SWIFT-based instruments for cross-border trade.
Each transaction is supported by a full documentary set — corporate offer, contract, certificates of origin, assay and weight, and shipping documents — prepared to the standard banks require for release.
The origin of Congolese minerals matters to our buyers, their banks and their regulators. Our sourcing commitments are simple, documented and open to audit.
All material is sourced from identified, lawful operations in the DRC. We do not accept feed of unknown or undocumented origin into our supply.
Every lot is supported by origin, assay, weight and transport documentation from source to bonded warehouse, giving buyers a continuous documentary trail.
We do not tolerate child labour or forced labour anywhere in our supply, consistent with the principles of the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for responsible mineral supply chains.
Buyers and their compliance teams are welcome to review our sourcing documentation and inspect material at the warehouse as part of transaction due diligence.
We expect — and welcome — scrutiny from buyers, banks and their compliance teams. Our credentials are documented and verifiable.
A fully registered Congolese company with published RCCM, National Identification and tax numbers. Certified corporate documents and certificates of incumbency are provided to vetted counterparties under NDA.
We operate a reciprocal Know-Your-Customer process. Counterparties exchange corporate, identity and proof-of-funds documentation before any firm offer is confirmed, supporting AML and sanctions screening on both sides.
Transactions settle through documented, bank-issued instruments appropriate to the contract, agreed between the parties and their banks at transaction stage.
Mandates and introducing intermediaries are protected through transparent, contractually defined commission structures, so every party to a deal is recognised and paid.
Born on 8 August 1967 in Bukavu, Democratic Republic of Congo, Mr Victor Mwenebatendé completed his primary and secondary studies in Kindu before obtaining his diploma in Electronics at ISTA in Kinshasa.
He spent 26 years at MOZAR, the company representing the SHARP brand, before founding his own venture, Établissement Mambweni Business, in import/export — followed by ISMA in general trade.
The merger of the two businesses gave birth to the present-day Stamina SA, active in solid and liquid mining, construction and transport. As authorised signatory, he is responsible for corporate offers, contract execution and the company's production and export relationships across the DRC.
Under formal legal mandate, RDTI markets and negotiates Stamina SA supplies, coordinates due diligence and liaises with banks and logistics partners for international buyers. www.rdti.co.za
